An urgent make-safe project which included the replacement of combustible cladding.
When the building façade started to dislodge at 110 Goulburn Street, Paynter Dixon was called to do urgent make-safe work to protect residents and the public.
At the same time, Aluminium Composite Panels, which were no longer a compliant material, were removed.
They were replaced with Building Code of Australia-compliant panels.
All work was completed without disruption to the residents.
