Nikias Diamond is the property owner of two commercial buildings tenanted by Aristocrat Technologies and a childcare centre.

Paynter Dixon was engaged to rectify the roof and repair the air conditioning. In order to expedite the repair process, the project team assigned 17 skilled contractors to start the job mid-week and complete the works by Sunday.

Fast-tracking the repairs enabled the centre to re-open doors for business on the following Monday. In fact, work was finished ahead of schedule and within budget.
