Fitout commences on CODA

Paynter Dixon continues to make solid progress on the construction of CODA, with the landmark mixed-use development taking shape against the Coffs Harbour skyline.
Our site team recently completed the level 4 transfer slab which comprises over 1,100 cubic metres of concrete. This slab will take the load of the above residential towers and shift to the footings below the building.
The fitout has also begun on the ground floor and levels 1, 2 and 3. In coming months the next major milestone will involve the topping out of the structure, marked by the construction of the Level 13 roof slab.
