A commercial fit-out completed on time and budget.

Thanks to rapid growth, multi-national financier Flexigroup was quickly running out of office space.

It engaged Paynter Dixon to complete a fit-out of a new 3700 m2 office in Elizabeth Street overlooking Hyde Park in the heart of Sydney.

The project included:

• Meeting rooms,
• Open areas
• Communication room
• Open plan workstations
• Staff facilities

The work had a tight building timetable – just 13 weeks.

It also had to be completed without disruption to existing tenants.
