A design and construct project including A-Grade office space.

The St Vincent De Paul engaged Paynter Dixon to demolish a hospital and design and build a new office headquarters on the site at Lewisham, in Sydney’s inner west.

The brief for the project included a Five Star Green Star rating, A-grade commercial building design and fit-out.

The project also included:

• 2500 square metres of office space over four levels
• Meeting rooms
• Staff facilities
• An outdoor terrace
• Internal atrium
• Underground carpark
