Paynter Dixon is partnering with Toongabbie Christian College to strategically align campus development with the school’s vision of growth in western Sydney.

Located in the high-growth corridor of north west Sydney, the school initially engaged us to complete a master plan.

After working with the school to map out the future campus, our team was asked to draft design plans for the refurbishment of an administration block and a building known as G Block.

The buildings were refurbished to accommodate administration, student services, secondary teaching collaboration and Information Technology.

This stage of work also included a significant upgrade to the campus security through the addition of security controlled gates and fencing.

Our team then focused on a major upgrade of the school’s auditorium. This entailed an upgrade to the air-conditioning system, new acoustic wall and ceiling linings and modern lighting system, with a retractable bar for school events.

In 2022 we have completed the refurbishment of student toilet facilities, physical education stores and the finance office. With the completion of every project, we carry forward our knowledge of the site for the benefit of future site development.
