Paynter Dixon is delighted to be working on the next phase of Central Coast Adventist School’s master plan, with a focus on a new Learning Hub building.

The new building consists of three storeys including ground floor administration and student services area, a first floor Information resources Centre and a second floor consisting of a new Literacy Hub with supporting collaboration spaces.

Importantly, the new building will provide enhanced connections to the existing Secondary facilities and form a new outdoor amphitheatre and community courtyard space for community events to occur.

Paynter Dixon’s Executive General Manager and Design Architect, Matthew Greene, notes the significance of this new facility: “After many years of Administration operating out of demountable buildings it is exciting to be involved in the development of the new three storey building.”

“It will provide permanent high quality spaces for staff and students and respond to contemporary educational needs of the School.”
