Paynter Dixon continues to work closely with Maitland Christian School as the campus expands to support growing demand in the Hunter area. Having recently completed a modular special education facility, our education team oversaw refurbishment and landscaping works to the Early Learning Centre.

The existing entrance was demolished to make way for a new fence and disability access to the building. The new foyer presents a warm and welcoming entrance to the centre.

In addition to new play equipment, extensive landscaping has transformed the outdoor play area with natural materials including sandstone blocks, river stones, timber and sand.

The car port has also been converted into a veranda with skylights, with existing steel posts wrapped in timber to complement the natural aesthetic.

Our team carefully staged works and prioritised safety to ensure the centre remained open and operational.
