A design and construct build which included engagement of local contractors and suppliers.
C.Ex Coffs engaged Paynter Dixon to design and construct a major renovation of the popular Coffs Harbour club built in the 1970s.
Paynter Dixon built a two-storey concrete structure adjacent to the existing building.
It housed new bars, cafes, an outdoor area, and a downstairs restaurant.
A wall was removed to join the existing club to the new facilities which included an irrigated external green wall.
The project also included the renovation of existing facilities.
The foyer and entry were refurbished along with an extensive upgrade to the upstairs Steakhouse.
The project was completed with minimal disruption to club operations.
