A master plan and upgrade of facilities.

Having completed a foyer refurbishment at the Tumut Bowling & Recreation Club in 2010, Paynter Dixon was engaged to design a master plan.

This master plan included increased function space, increased indoor and outdoor gaming, beer garden and children’s play area.

The remaining bowling green has been improved by laying a synthetic green under a new membrane roof structure, allowing bowling all year round.

The refurbishment has increased the area of the existing lounge space in the Club.
