Anita to focus on growth through long-term relationships
Recently promoted to General Manager of Client Services, Anita Wilson is eager to build on long-term partnerships which Paynter Dixon has nurtured over decades.
Her role will involve working closely with established relationships to identify opportunities for collaboration and service delivery, including a focus on faith-based and regional communities.
Paynter Dixon recently rebranded in recognition of business growth and expansion across sectors, including hospitality, education, remedial, insurance, community, health and aged care.
With offices in Sydney, Canberra and Coffs Harbour, the business is committed to a broad geographical footprint.
“We have been working in regional and remote communities for years, establishing local trade bases and creating employment opportunities.
“Through our philanthropic partner, PAYCE Foundation, we are invested in the welfare of grassroot communities, especially those in vulnerable circumstances.”
Anita draws attention to the role of Adele House and Training Farm in northern NSW. Supporting the rehabilitation of men with an addiction to alcohol and other drugs, Adele House provides essential accommodation while the social enterprise blueberry farm and work skills centre provides valuable training opportunities to house residents.
“As a family-based business, our sense of social responsibility has always been well aligned with faith-based communities.”
Anita is renowned for her experience and executive leadership in the insurance sector, where previous roles have included National Account Manager at an ASX listed company, and Head of Clients and Sales at the international insurance claims administrator Sedgwick.
“What attracts me to the role is a unique opportunity to grow in a professional capacity while also applying my relationship management skills. At the end of the day, I simply love working with people and within networks.”
Anita welcomes the opportunity to connect.
