The quality of Paynter Dixon’s regional project delivery has been recognised at the Master Builders Association of NSW 2024 Western Regions Excellence in Building Awards.

The 110-year-old design and construction company won the category of ‘Aged Care / Lifestyle Over 55s and Over $5 Million’ for Cooinda Aged Care’s new facility in Coonabarabran.

Prioritising the quality of life through advanced aged care services, the new 25-bed home incorporates a commercial kitchen alongside dining and laundry areas. An existing facility was also refurbished to house administration.

Our Executive Design Manager, Brian Booth, received the award on stage with Leanne Redfern, CEO of Cooinda Aged Care Coonabarabran (pictured below).
