A long-term client relationship, including major capital works projects.
Paynter Dixon has worked with the Blacktown Workers Club in Sydney’s north-west for over 30 years, undertaking a wide range of projects, including a major refurbishment.
In 2015, Paynter Dixon delivered major renovations over 14 months, including internal and external gaming spaces, lounge and bar, bistro and restaurant.
More recently, Paynter Dixon was engaged to design and construct new sports fields.
Early works on the sports fields involved moving 45000 cubic metres of soil along with 25,900 square metres of revegetation and restoration work to the nearby Bungarribee Creek.
The sports facilities include two multi-purpose fields suitable for cricket and football.
A pedestrian bridge connects the two grounds.
The project also includes two grandstands which seat 350 people each and a 150-space car park.
