Complex project which included major renovations to the club’s popular restaurants.

Club York is a popular venue right in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

Club York engaged Paynter Dixon to undertake major refurbishments, including the well- patronised food and beverage venue – the Zabou Bar.

Paynter Dixon also refurbished a lounge which included a contemporary, industrial-themed bar and grill.

On the ground level, Paynter Dixon completed changes to the restaurant, which included a new layout and the fit-out of a new kitchen.

Paynter Dixon refurbished the ageing bathrooms on all levels.

Work also included converting indoor seating, into an outdoor bar area.

The project was completed sequentially to minimise disruption.
