Paynter Dixon has been appointed by Club York to oversee a lavish refurbishment of the venue in Sydney’s CBD.

The major upgrade will transform the club into an exceptional venue for current members while appealing to a broader cosmopolitan market.

• New central bar to serve as a focus point of the club
• New lounge area to exude warmth and sophisticated ambience
• Relocation of all gaming facilities from level 1 to ground floor
• New gaming room to include alfresco area
• New alfresco dining space on level 1
• Refreshed entertainment room with technological enhancements

Paynter Dixon has overseen successive refurbishments of the well-known venue, including bars and restaurants. Most recently, our team constructed a premium-quality bar for the Primi Italian restaurant on the ground floor facing the Clarence Street entrance.
