A fire repair project which required make-safe works.
Dozens of residents were forced to evacuate the Compass Housing complex in Gosford in 2014.
It took 25 firefighters to extinguish the blaze which broke out in a ground floor unit of the 30-unit complex.
Paynter Dixon undertook major repairs to the fire-damaged apartments.
The project also included repairs to meet the Building Code of Australia standards.
