Adesign and construct project delivered in stages with minimal disruption.
Illawarra Diggers Aged Care engaged Paynter Dixon to deliver a major capital works project over three years.
The project at Corrimal included a 26-bed, double-storey wing, a car park and infrastructure services.
It also included:
- Construction of the new Austinmer and Bundeena wings
- Conversion and refurbishment of the Keira and Warilla buildings
- Upgrade of the Wollongong and Auxiliary wings
- Installation of a new fire sprinkler system
This project included a construction program which allowed residents to occupy their units.
