When Knox Grammar School went to the construction market with a project to convert a two-story building into an administration and enrolment centre there was one critical requirement – the work had to be finished during the school holidays.

Paynter Dixon won the project and promptly started work at the independent school located at Wahroonga, on Sydney’s North Shore.

Paynter Dixon has the industry relationships to secure tradespeople during the holiday break.

The project included:

• Multi-storey refurbishment
• Administration and enrolment facilities
• Landscaping
• Car parking

The project also included a detailed site safety and communication plan.
