Building in an operating club environment presents unique challenges.

Lismore Workers’ Club engaged Paynter Dixon to design and construct major renovations to its club based on its vast experience.

The project was complex and was phased over two years in three phases.

The first stage included the building of a new bar and café area.

This was followed by the relocation of the administration area which allowed for work to commence on a gaming room extension.

This stage also included a large awning which created an alfresco dining space.

New amenities in the centre of the club were also completed with minimal disruption.
