Paynter Dixon has been appointed to deliver a landmark new mixed-use development in the heart of Bowral in the Southern Highlands.

The design and construct project will consist of 9 retail and food tenancies on the ground floor and commercial offices on the upper level.

The modern and elegant Turner-designed building will also be sympathetic to the heritage character of the area.

The previous shopping arcade was destroyed by fire in 2021. Our Insurance division was engaged to carry out emergency make safe and complete demolition of the single-storey building.
