Club York, a long-standing client of Paynter Dixon, engaged our team to construct a new bar for the Primi Italian restaurant – winner of the Travelers’ Choice Award for two years running.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the city-based club with an entrance onto bustling Clarence street, or can be accessed via the Club York main entrance on York Street.

The restaurant was able to maintain full operations during construction works, thanks to our implementation of a staged construction program and staggering the work hours of the site team.

The bar was completed to schedule and just in time for the Melbourne Cup.
