Zenith Apartments occupy a 37-storey building located directly behind the famous Coca Cola sign at the intersection of William Street and Darlinghurst Road.
Utilising swing stages and rope access, more than 2,500 m2 of cladding was replaced across 34 floors.
Works were concurrently staged on multiple facades for greater efficiency.
In support of industry best practice, our Remedial division hosted a safety training session with subcontracted abseilers. Rescue drills were performed under the watchful eye of external trainers, creating opportunities for continuous improvement in our extended network.
