Paynter Dixon is pleased to announce Reconciliation Australia’s formal endorsement of the company’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

RAPs provide a framework for organisations to leverage their resources and spheres of influence to support the national reconciliation movement.

Through our primary services in design and construction, Paynter Dixon is exploring partnerships with First Nations peoples, communities, and businesses to create opportunities for industry participation across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia.

Our business is also committed to cultural learning and being respectful of Country and Traditional Owners on the lands, waters and communities where we work.

We have joined a network of more than 1,100 corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations in making a formal commitment to reconciliation through the RAP program.
