Richard is an established leader in the South Australian construction industry with 30 years of multifaceted experience. He brings notable expertise in business development, client management, project delivery, and the cultivation of high-performing teams.

Richard will support the company in securing new business opportunities and expanding market presence in South Australia.

Working alongside South Australia Operations Manager Jamie Vlatko, Richard embraces the company’s prowess for strategic and long-term partnering which delivers on client goals.

In 2024, Paynter Dixon opened a new office in Adelaide, restoring an operational presence in the state dating back 70 years.
