110 Year Anniversary: strategic master planning with CHRG
“Paynter Dixon has been instrumental to our strategic development over the past two decades stretching back to 2000,” says David O’Neil, Group CEO of Castle Hill RSL Group (CHRG).
“Strategic master planning is an absolute imperative on a site of this nature and the type of business we have. Capital works are expensive, but it’s about making sure the money is being spent in the right areas, and to see how everything fits from council and state planning approvals.”
Paynter Dixon’s heritage in master planning dates back to the 1950s with the development of large-scale industrial sites.
By the 80s, this expertise had translated to the hospitality sector with the onset of service diversification. A new generation of club venue integrated entertainment, gaming, bars and dining, hotel accommodation, fitness and leisure facilities and more.
Over the years, CHRG has kept pace with population growth in North West Sydney.
