Waterfront wreckage contained in urgent make safe
May 3, 2022 | Projects
Paynter Dixon recently performed a challenging make safe to a waterfront residence at Grays Point in southern Sydney. The owners were awoken at night by a crashing sound – a large tree had fallen over in their backyard, destroying the pool shed and damaging the pool area.
The broker, Warren Saunders Insurance Brokers reached out to Paynter Dixon for immediate assistance. Our Insurance team swung into action, assessing the damage and resolving access to a constrained site.
Unphased, the team coordinated an aborist, barge and crane to safely limb, buck and dispose of the tree across water. With the site made safe, the team continues to work closely with the broker to progress works.
